- Support in the implementation of the concept of the international training camps
- Coordination and support of the training camps, also during the application phase
- Preparation of the training camps: setup and maintenance of the flow of information
- Briefing of the team attachés with regard to the teams
- Establishing contacts and providing support to the 50 IAAF developmental countries
- Establishing and maintaining contacts to the local and international partners
- Coordination of the training planning
- Administrative duties with regard to visa issues

| Qualifications/ Requirements: |
- Sport-related studies required
- Interest in international affairs
- Theoretical and practical experience in the areas of training, training theory, and training camps
- Interest in the profession of TRAINER in the broadest sense
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Good to very good written and spoken English
- Good command of MS-Office and the Internet
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible working hours
