Leisure time arrangements |
In the nature reserve surrounding the Schloss Hotel you can find idyllic running, cycling and horse riding trails as well as team-building high ropes courses. In the adjacent lake area there are lots of opportunities for water sports such as swimming, sailing, diving and water skiing. There are also several water parks and thermal baths near Brandenburg.

Cultural programme |
In the hotel’s surroundings you can visit a Mediaeval shoemaker’s shop with tools from the period. Just 3 km from your hotel in Hoppenrade is another castle with a beautiful palace garden with 500-year-old trees.
A third castle is located in Oranienburg. It was restored in 1999 and hosts a porcelain museum. In the adjacent park, visitors and inhabitants come to relax and enjoy pleasant walks. There was a concentration camp during the Hitler regime in Sachsenhausen near Oranienburg, where more than 100,000 men and women were killed. Nowadays a monument and a museum commemorate the victims. A cultural programme in Berlin is also available upon request. | ||||||||||||||||
